Kristen de Bruyn is an art industry expert and business strategist with nearly two decades of experience in the global art world. She held a senior leadership role as Vice President at Christie’s and held earlier positions at Sotheby’s, Phillips, and Bonhams. Kristen advises collectors with deep insight into value, collection strategy, and the evolving art market, while also supporting emerging artists through digital strategy, marketing, and exhibition opportunities.
Specializing in Modern and Contemporary Art acquisitions, Kristen helps collectors discover works that reflect their personal style and values, enhance their spaces, and support informed collecting decisions. She fosters meaningful connections between artists and collectors through her signature Art + Soul salon programs, and is committed to helping emerging artists gain visibility through curated placements and strategic promotion.
Kristen holds a degree in Art History from UCLA and has studied Art Advisory and Arts Management at Christie’s Education and UMass Amherst. She is known for her transparent, client-first approach, professional integrity, and dedication to supporting each client’s unique collecting journey.
